Here they are with a comment about Dr. Koplin related to each of them: Competence: I can’t possibly imagine a more competent surgeon than Dr. Koplin. When I go under, I have 100% confidence in what is going to take place. Composure: Dr. Koplin is a model for executive composure. Calming and yet so much gravitas. Character: Dr. Koplin respects his patients and listens carefully to every question and comment, and thinks about it before responding. Likeability: He walks into the exam room with a big smile and handshake as if you ran into your best friend at a restaurant. Overachieving: He always goes to “perfection” if he has any way at all of achieving it.
